Any quotation or proposal provided by CenturyLine Telecomms is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated in writing and confirmed by an authorised representative. Quotations are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Service level commitments, including network availability guarantees and support response times, are set out in the applicable Service Agreement or Service Level Agreement (SLA) documentation. CenturyLine Telecomms shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to meet all SLA commitments.
