Common Questions

How quickly can you provision a new service? +

Lead times vary by service type and location. Standard DIA and Ethernet services within our existing PoP footprint typically provision within 10–15 business days. On-demand services can be activated within hours via our portal. Dark fiber and wavelength services have longer lead times which we'll confirm at the quotation stage.

Do you offer service level agreements? +

Yes. All services include a network availability SLA of 99.99% as standard. We also offer enhanced SLA tiers with guaranteed response and resolution times, priority NOC escalation, and service credits for qualifying outages. SLA details are included in all service contracts.

What contract terms do you offer? +

We offer flexible contract terms from 12 months to multi-year agreements. Longer terms attract preferential pricing. For wholesale and infrastructure services such as dark fiber, we also offer Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) structures. We'll recommend the most appropriate structure for your requirements.

Can you connect to locations not listed in your coverage map? +

In many cases, yes. We have access to an extensive partner network and can often provide connectivity to locations beyond our direct PoP footprint. Contact our network team with your specific address and requirements and we'll conduct a feasibility assessment within 24 hours.
